Join our dynamic team as an Onsite Project Engineer!
This exciting role is based at our customer's office in Paris, where you'll collaborate closely with clients to deliver top-notch solutions. Occasionally, you'll travel to user sites for short business trips to troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
What You Will Do (Tasks):
- Capacity Building: Develop and organize overseas analytical laboratories, ensuring robust capacity and streamlined processes.
- Data Collection: Gather and organize market maintenance data for mobile phones, tablets, PCs, and other terminal products in the region, including acquiring faulty devices.
- Fault Analysis: Conduct preliminary analysis and diagnosis of faulty devices, identify causes of product failures, provide improvement suggestions, and compile detailed analysis reports to support after-sales maintenance and quality enhancement.
- Implementation Tracking: Monitor the implementation of R&D improvement measures and assess the impact on market quality post-implementation.
- Problem Solving: Summarize common issues, optimize design baselines, develop test interception schemes, and establish development acceptance standards.
Requirements (Qualifications):
- Technical Expertise: Relevant experience with terminal product hardware, and familiarity with the working principles of hardware modules and device knowledge related to terminal products.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to quickly analyze and locate problems, and provide swift, effective solutions.
- Educational Background: Degree in Electronics, Automation, Communication, or related fields. Proficiency with analog circuits, digital circuits, and conventional protocol interfaces such as UART, I2C, SPI, MIPI, etc.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, fluent in both written and verbal English in a professional environment.
Proficiency in Chinese and hardware development experience are preferred.
