Manage day-to-day content operations for HONOR Cloud Services products, including content placement, moderation, and optimization.
Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as Daily Active Users (DAU), Retention Rate, Average Session Length, and app distribution performance.
Create and deliver daily push notification content to boost user engagement and retention.
Plan and execute in-app events, including writing promotional copy, managing implementation, and analyzing results.
Support the R&D team with local testing, product updates, and resolution of issues escalated from the online service team.
Collaborate on additional cross-functional initiatives within the department as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree
Minimum 1 year of experience in mobile application operations; experience with app distribution platforms is a strong plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; skills in data analytics are an advantage.
Fluent in Chinese and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, results-driven mindset, and excellent communication.
Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
