ThunderSoft, a leading provider of OS technologies, solutions, and services, is looking for an Aftermarket Failure Analysis Engineer in Warsaw, Poland to join our team of experts in the telecommunications industry for our customer - Xiaomi.
Responsibilities
- Manage IT infrastructure in the Poland office and Northeast Europe, including server operations, computer room setup, wiring, and equipment maintenance.
- Install, configure, and maintain office devices such as computers and printers, and resolve daily hardware and desktop issues.
- Provide IT technical support for global users, following ITSM systems and ITIL processes.
- Create technical documentation, build an IT knowledge base, and standardize IT services.
- Analyze IT support issues, prepare reports, and drive improvements in IT service quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in computer science or similar field;
- More than 2 years of experience in overseas office network construction and desktop support services;
- Familiar with the professional knowledge of computer networking,
- Familiar with mainstream routers, switches, firewalls, server products and related technologies, Cisco CCNA/CCNP or other vendor related certifications are preferred;
Languages
English - advanced
Polish - communicative
Chinese - will be an advantage
