The Technical Delivery Manager (ODC) will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations of the Offshore Development Center (ODC) in Warsaw.
R&D Responsibilities:
- Contribute to Android software development or testing, including tasks related to Android application or driver development.
- Support troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing Android systems to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure technical alignment and high-quality outcomes.
Team Management:
- Lead and manage R&D resources, providing guidance and support to ensure team members’ skill development.
- Set clear work objectives and performance metrics for team members, offering constructive feedback to facilitate their growth.
Project Delivery Management:
- Project Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor project progress, ensuring goals and milestones are achieved.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, implementing best practices and process improvements.
- Risk Management: Identify potential delivery risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
Business Relationship:
- Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Background in Android software development or testing (e.g., drivers, applications, protocols).
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent project management skills; proficiency in tools like JIRA or Trello.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
