Senior After-Sales Failure Analysis Engineer

Thundersoft is looking for a Senior After-Sales Analysis  Engineer in Romania to join our team of experts in the telecommunications industry. 



Responsibilities:

  • Participate in or lead the development and implementation of the after-sales problem failure analysis process within the region, and output analysis reports
  • Participate in or lead the research and development of major customer complaint issues, and timely complete the root cause positioning of market problems
  • Identify common issues, promote specialized improvements, and avoid similar issues from the design side
  • Provide technical support and training to the front-end after-sales service department, such as testing techniques, log capture, and guidance on obtaining user problem scenarios
  • Visit service stations, branches, etc. based on different after-sales service models in the region to understand and provide feedback on market risk issues, including software and hardware problem risk HL for high-incidence customer complaints and verification of real problem feedback rate
  • Drive the completion of local closed-loop indicators for regional issues and after-sales-related quality improvement indicators

Requirments:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in software engineering or electronic engineering-related majors
  • More than 3 years of software or hardware development experience, or failure analysis experience
  • Understand common failure problems and possible failure mechanisms of mobile phones, and have a basic understanding of software and hardware basic indicators and testing standards
  • Understand the commonly used hardware components of mobile phones, as well as the principles of software and hardware coordination scheduling, be familiar with the selection of commonly used components, and be willing to conduct in-depth research on various complex problems
  • Hardware failure analysis engineers need to be familiar with commonly used tools for hardware failure analysis, including but not limited to comprehensive testers, thermal imagers, oscilloscopes, high-power microscopes, multimeters, sound pressure meters, etc
  • Software failure analysis engineers need to be familiar with commonly used failure analysis commands and software code structures on various chip platforms
  • English or Chinese communication can be used as a working language, with strong communication and coordination skills, able to handle multiple high priority tasks simultaneously, and able to work closely with global teams
