Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations, financial reporting, and occasional HR tasks.
This role requires strong organizational skills and fluency in French, English, and Chinese to ensure effective communication with internal teams and suppliers.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, managing administrative and finance-related duties efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support: Assist in managing daily departmental affairs,
including but not limited to procurement of office supplies, maintenance of office premises, telephone reception, and invoice processing.
2. Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports in Chinese as per company requirements, along with handling other finance-related tasks.
3. Additional Tasks: Perform other clerical duties as assigned by the supervisor, such as HR assistant tasks.
Qualifications:
1. Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in Office software, strong logical abilities and communication skills.
Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, strong learning and adaptation abilities, resilience under pressure, and a strong sense of responsibility.
*Experience with video editing and image processing software is preferred.
2. Language Proficiency:
Business-level proficiency in French, English and Chinese is required.
Ensure smooth communication with both domestic teams and local suppliers.
3. Experience:
At least 1 year of relevant experience.
