Responsibilities
Supporting the existing network & system infrastructure
Troubleshooting Windows workstations & office peripheral devices, such as MFPs
Keeping inventory lists and documentation up-to-date
Choosing and ordering new equipment due to the organization expansion
Communication with foreign offices
Requirements
Upper-intermediate English level, both written and verbal
Analytical mindset
Strong understanding of OSI model, TCP/IP stack, basic network protocols
Windows 10/11 OS, administrator level skills
Windows Server: Active Directory, AD CS, RDS, Hyper-V — understand their purpose and basic configuration
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams
Ability & desire to study new skills
Desirable skills
Hands-on experience with Fortinet & Ubiquiti network equipment or similar, CCNA/CCNP or similar level certification will be a strong advantage
Experience with administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure Active Directory)
Experience with Feishu and Netease
Experience with monitoring software (Zabbix, Nagios etc.)
