About the role
Job Title: Business Development Specialist
Location: Hybrid, Krakow (preferred)
We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Specialist who will collaborate with the company on renewable energy projects, including photovoltaic (PV) systems and energy storage. The role involves identifying and engaging potential EPC partners across Poland and supporting strategic business development initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
Independently research potential partners in the renewable energy sector in Poland
Identify key contacts and initiate first-touch communication with identified companies
Collect company profiles and project information
Organize and facilitate meetings with management.
Report findings and progress to internal stakeholders and collaborate with global teams.
Requirements:
Native Polish and very good English skills
Basic knowledge of the Polish renewable energy market (PV and energy storage)
Ability to quickly learn industry terms and concepts.
Proficiency with MS Office, Excel or similar tools
Valid Polish driver’s license for site visits and face-to-face meetings
Strong social skills, proactive mindset, and comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
