HR Administrative Support:
Assist with day-to-day HR duties, including payroll processing, managing employee expenses, maintaining personnel files.
Oversee administrative tasks such as holiday gift distribution, coordinating office supplies, managing facility-related requests, and supporting other employee-related initiatives.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth transition.
Assist in issuing and retrieving computer equipment and other resources for new hires and departing employees.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact to understand and address employee concerns.
Identify and support employee needs in alignment with business growth and operational goals.
Policy and Compliance:
Support managers and employees in understanding and applying HR tools, policies, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
Monitor and gather market trends to optimize HR policies and procedures.
Talent Engagement and Retention:
Drive employee engagement and improve retention strategies.
Develop and implement initiatives that enhance team productivity and workplace satisfaction.
Compensation and Benefits:
Administer employee benefits programs effectively.
Conduct market research to analyze and optimize compensation and benefits practices.
Employee Performance and Organizational Effectiveness:
Assist in developing initiatives to maximize employee performance and improve organizational effectiveness.
Foster employee engagement through open communication and feedback mechanisms.
Other Duties:
Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Provide support for ad hoc HR-related activities based on organizational needs.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist or similar position.
Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of Italian labor laws and HR best practices
Familiarity with market trends and HR tools.
Languages:
Fluency in English and Chinese is required; conversational Italian is preferred.
