Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Junior Mobile Testing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting functionality, performance, and compatibility testing of smartphones to ensure the highest standards of quality and user experience. This mission will start from March 2025 to July 2025.
Responsibilities:
Test Execution
- Perform functional, performance, and stability testing on smartphones based on test cases.
- Record and analyze issues identified during the testing process.
Issue Tracking
- Log, track, and validate issues using defect management tools, ensuring timely resolution.
Test Case Maintenance
- Update and optimize test cases based on product requirements to improve test coverage.
Test Reporting
- Prepare test reports, summarize results, and provide suggestions for improvements.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with development, product, and project teams to resolve issues and optimize product quality.
Qualifications:
Educational Background
- Diploma or above in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, or related fields.
Basic Skills
- Familiarity with smartphone functions and operations, and basic knowledge of Android/iOS systems.
- Understanding of basic testing processes and methods; manual testing experience is a plus.
Tool Proficiency
- Experience with defect management tools (e.g., JIRA) is preferred.
- Basic familiarity with ADB tools for debugging Android devices is an advantage.
Soft Skills
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Language Skills
- Basic English reading and writing skills (ability to understand simple technical documents).
- Chinese language skills are required
Nice to have skills:
- Experience in mobile or other smart device testing projects.
- Young graduate or less than 1 year’s experience.
