Job Overview:
The Account Manager will focus on driving ThunderSoft’s growth by attracting new clients in the IT outsourcing sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and expanding ThunderSoft's services such as Smart Vehicle and Smart Terminal. The successful candidate will leverage sales expertise to secure new partnerships and contribute to long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Client Acquisition: Identify and engage new clients to expand ThunderSoft’s IT business.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet growth targets, including outreach, networking, and lead generation.
- Pitch and Proposal: Prepare and deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and offer relevant solutions.
- Relationship Building: Network with industry leaders and decision-makers to enhance visibility and credibility.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery for new clients.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Client acquisition targets.
- Revenue growth through new deals.
- Lead conversion rates.
- Sales pipeline management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, IT, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
- Experience:
- 3-5+ years in business development or sales, preferably in IT outsourcing.
- Proven success in acquiring new clients and growing revenue.
- Skills: Strong sales, negotiation and networking abilities, with knowledge of IT services and outsourcing.
Working Conditions:
- Occasional travel within the EU for client meetings and events.
