Currently, Thundersoft is looking for Legal Specialist in Ulm, Germany.
Responsibilities:- Review English and Germany contracts and support on negotiation of major projects in Germany and other countries in Europe;
- Legal analysis and support for business compliance and daily operation compliance, especially employment relations;
- Assist in legal support on labor leasing business in Germany;
- Assist in litigations, arbitrations and other legal disputes;
- Draft contract templates for domestic and overseas business;
- Conduct legal trainings on contractual matters, risk avoidance and other procedures or rules of the company;
- Research on laws and regulations of the industry;
- Assist in improving the operating procedures of business lines;
- Collaborate with outside law firms;
- As designated, assist in other legal matters.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or above in law-related major, bachelor's degree in law;
- Capable of reviewing English and German contracts independently;
- Legal experience in multinational companies or law firms for over 2 years is preferred;
- Proficient in civil and commercial law, contract law, labor law, intellectual property law, and other relevant laws;
- Experience in the software development industry, mobile communication industry, automobile industry, Internet of things industry or real estate is preferred;
- Sound knowledge of laws and practices of German labor laws and labor leasing. Experience in GDPR and other global consumer data privacy laws.
Would Be a Plus
- Familiarity with the laws of Germany, Romania, the UK, and other European countries
